1.Why
We’re constantly influenced by the world around us. Online advertising tempts us with trendy clothes. Friends try to convince us to join them for a night out. Even our pets do their best to persuade us in the hopes of getting a belly rub.
In the middle of this chaos, it’s easy to forget that we also have the power to positively influence others. Whether you want a client to meet you halfway or get your partner to go on vacation, there are ways to reach your goal. And you can do it in a positive, healthy way that doesn’t endanger relationships or require manipulative behavior.
2.How
During this training, we’ll learn about the Rose of Leary, a framework that helps you positively influence others during a normal conversation. We’ll also provide you with our Behavior Toolbox, a source of behavioral techniques that you can use to reach your goals.
3.What
The Rose of Leary is a model that shows how you can influence others with your behavior. It can help you understand the impacts of different behaviors and how you can use them to succeed in your professional life.
