Inhalt
Attachment, as the central basis for emotional security and mental health, is often permanently disrupted by traumatic experiences. Damaged attachments not only shape childhood development, but also influence adult life—from the ability to form relationships to the regulation of stress and emotions.Traumatic experiences, especially in childhood, can destabilize attachment patterns and create disorganized dynamics that are anchored both psychologically and neurobiologically. This lecture highlights the correlation between attachment disorders and trauma, their effects on the psyche and therapy, and the role of attachment in healing.
