Inhalt
In the second part of this practice-oriented workshop, the focus is even more strongly on your own practice. The interventions learned before are deepened, supplemented, and expanded with further specific interventions. Ample space is given to integrating what you have learned into your own practice.#Mindfulness, #Meditation, #EmotionRegulation
The Mindfulness-Based Emotional Balance - Advanced workshop is aimed at professionals who want to deepen their skills in mindfulness-based emotion regulation. The focus is on integrating what you have learned into your own practice.
This module also includes numerous small group exercises, which serve to put new exercises into practice and to deepen what the participants already know.
Main Topics
Theory- What is mindfulness? What is mindfulness not?
- Why can it be beneficial in dealing with difficult feelings, pain, and stress in the care of palliative patients?
- Mindful body awareness (body scan)
- Mindful movement
- Breathing meditation
- Mindful inquiry
Targets
In this workshop, participants will deepen their understanding of the mindfulness exercises from the basic lesson and learn additional interventions that will help them deal with stress and challenging situations in a more relaxed manner.
Methodology
Through practical exercises, participants gain first-hand experience. Short theoretical inputs, for example from current research, round off what has been learned. The exchange within the group is also particularly valuable, opening up new perspectives and deepening practical knowledge.
